Alright Packer fans (I don’t care about the rest of you, just kidding!) the momentous occasion is upon us. And besides a great football, this is a weekend of snacks. Having to work both days is unfortunate, but we’ll skip that part.
First, I made another batch of the lemon cookies because people love them. They’re bite sized, tangy, and wonderful.
Second, 2 batches of mixed nuts. Real Simple magazine makes my life.
One of the batches involves simply melting semisweet chocolate chips and drizzling it over a can of lightly salted mixed nuts and sprinkling it with a very little bit of sea salt.
Brown the chicken in a Dutch oven or ovenproof pan.
Add the onions and broth and paprika and put in the oven at 400 for 30 minutes. I wish smell translated through pictures…
Add the gnocchi and cook for another 30 minutes or until the gnocchi is tender.
