Just another Wednesday

Wednesdays mean  it’s time for our little lunch groups’ trek to Hidden Kitchen in Boston’s South End. It’s a really great, tiny “restaurant” with little more than a griddle and woman who knows 4 pastrami reubens when we walk in once a week. Greasy, fast, salty, and delicious, those sandwiches are worth the rest of the day’s dehydration. Unfortunately, a bum foot and 3 SDS-PAGEs to run prevented me from trekking, but my friends are wonderful and returned with the good and to eat with me 🙂

Tonight is chicken enchiladas. I’ve been craving them and decided to use Jenna’s recipe from eatliverun.com
