Baked Salmon

Easy as pie.

Ingredients

1 good sized salmon fillet (12-14oz)

Lemon

Olive oil

Kosher Salt

Pepper

Preheat the oven to 400. Place about a teaspoon of olive oil in a glass baking dish. Take a salmon fillet and place in skin side down on top of the olive oil, moving it around to coat the bottom. Drizzle another teaspoon (approximate) of olive oil over the top of the salmon. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon all over the top of the salmon. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes or until the flesh is light pink and flakey.
