Caramel Frosting

1/2 c butter

1 c packed brown suger

6 tbsp whole milk

2.5 cups confectioner’s sugar


Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add the brown sugar and milk and cook over medium low heat for about 2 minutes or until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and transfer to a large bowl. Once the mixture cool a little bit, add the confectioner’s sugar 1/2 cup at a time and mix until the frosting gets to the right texture.
