Fish Tacos

Adapted from Real Simple


3/4 lb tilapia fillets

1 tsp ground coriander



6 radishes, sliced thin

2 scallions, sliced thin

Juice of 1 lime

1 tbsp olive oil

Whole wheat tortillas




Season the fillets with salt, pepper, and ground coriander and bake at 400 for 10 minutes.

Combine the radishes, scallions, lime juice and olive oil in a bowl.

Flake the fish, warm up the tortilla, garnish with the vegetable salsa, cilantro and cheese and serve!
