Adapted from Rachael Ray 365: No Repeats
1 clove of garlic, peel removed
4 oz crumbled feta
2 tbsp olive oil (she calls for 4 tbsp)
Juice of a lemon (she calls for juice of 1/2 lemon)
1 tsp sugar (she calls for 2 tsp)
Blend all of the ingredients in the food processor until smooth. Add a splash of water if necessary.
3 heads of radicchio, remove the outer leaves and shred
1/2 red onion sliced in thin rings and then halved
3 tbsp chopped fresh dill
1 tsp poppy seeds
2 tsp sesame seeds
Combine the radicchio, onion, dill, poppy seeds and sesame seeds and coat the mixture with the dressing.
